HOW DO I CONTACT YOU?

Thank you for shopping at Of Good Report.  If you need to contact us for any reason email us at customerservice@ofgoodreport.art.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Because each item is custom produced, all requests for refunds or returns will be processes minus a 15% return fee.  Also, all returns or refunds must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Because each item is custom produced, all exchanges will be subject to a 15% processing fee plus new shipping charges for the exchange.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange your item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the package, and we will happily replace the item at no charge to you. 

To report any damaged items, please take a digital photo/s of the damage, including any damage to the shipping box.  Send the images, order number and your name and email address to customerservice@ofgoodreport.art.  We will quickly replace the damaged item at no cost to you.   There is no need to return damaged items. 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you need to change a shipping address or product size or type, please contact us as quickly as you can.  Because orders are normally produced very quickly it will not possible to make any changes once the order has been produced.  

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible.  All items are custom produced, on-demand, very soon after the order is placed.  If the item has not been produced we will be happy to cancel the order.   If the item has already been produced we will not be able to cancel the order.
